Hi! I’m Sara Avant Stover.

THREE-TIME AUTHOR. LEVEL 3 CERTIFIED INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS PRACTITIONER. intuitive business strategist. longtime guide IN WOMEN’S SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP 

For over two decades, I’ve supported tens of thousands of women worldwide through seasons of transition, reinvention, and awakening.

Like many of my clients, I’ve moved through burnout, identity loss, and the quiet unraveling that often precedes a deeper becoming.

I’ve learned—again and again—that the most challenging seasons aren’t detours. They’re portals.

They're invitations to lead from a place that’s more honest, and more whole.

What I’ll share in this workshop isn’t theory. It’s the lived process I’ve refined over the past twenty-five years.

It’s the same framework that’s supported me in writing three books, growing a soul-aligned business, and honoring my health and my spiritual practice—without abandoning myself in the process.
