Hi! I’m Sara Avant Stover.

Across both days, you’ll have real-time mentoring with Sara and hands-on workshopping of your plan.

Day 1
Part 1: Review & Define
We begin with reflection—because clarity comes from looking inward before moving forward.
In this first step of the 5-part framework, I’ll guide you through my favorite (simple, yet powerful) process to review the past year through the lens of alignment, energy, and impact.
From there, you’ll define your personal version of success for the year ahead—across your business and personal life.
No more chasing someone else’s dream. This is about your truth, your way.
Day 1
Part 2: Befriend Inner Obstacles & Resources
Most planning processes focus only on what you want to achieve—
But rarely address who inside you will help or hinder that process.
In this session, you’ll be gently guided to identify the inner parts that support your 2026 vision… and those that fear or resist it.
When you learn to work with these parts—rather than push them aside—you unlock the key to sustainable momentum, deeper self-trust, and a more easeful path forward.
This is the shift from stuckness to Self-leadership. From internal conflict to conscious creation.
Day 1
Part 3: Clarify Your Goals
With the strong inner foundation we've created, you'll now map out clear, soul-aligned goals for the year ahead—grounded in both vision and strategy.
Together, we’ll explore your business across key areas:

You’ll get precise about what you want to create—and identify the systems, structures, and skills needed to bring it to life.

Part 4: Meet Your Inner Committee

Now, it’s time to gather your “Inner Committee”—the parts of you that influence how you show up in your business.
Through a guided IFS-based process, you’ll create a visual map of your internal support structure:
The protectors, visionaries, skeptics, nurturers, and creatives that make up your internal team.
You’ll learn how to consult this inner circle throughout the year—
so you stay grounded, clear, and Self-led as you navigate your goals.
This is the part most planning frameworks miss.
But for sensitive, soul-led women, it’s the key to staying in integrity with your energy and your mission.
Day 2
Part 5: Create Your 12-Month Sacred Success Map
Now it’s time to bring your vision to life—with clarity and intention.
In this final session, you’ll take your overarching vision and specific goals, and gently lay them across the 12 months ahead—creating a personalized, strategic plan rooted in your values and energy.
Through reverse engineering, you’ll map out:
→ What to focus on each month
→ When to launch, create, or rest
→ How to stay aligned without burning out
This is your Sacred Success Map—your blueprint for 2026 that blends structure with soul.
