"When I joined this program, I was four years deep into another women's business community. I was in massive debt after finally embracing being in business (although I didn't like to think of myself as a business owner, but more of a teacher or practitioner).

Before I joined the program, I was just looking to build a coaching container. I had been teaching pilates for nearly 25 years in person. I had never done any marketing and had been teaching a lot of hours each week, not giving much space and time to allow my business to grow in other ways.
