DAY 1: REVIEW & DEFINE
In this first step of our 5-part framework, I’ll lead you through my favorite (simple but powerful!) way to review the past year, so you can see exactly what worked and what didn’t– as well as what lit you up and what burned you out. From there, you’ll craft your unique definition of success over the next twelve months– personally and professionally.
DAY 2: BEFRIEND INNER OBSTACLES & RESOURCES
So often, we just focus on our outer vision of success, without having a clear understanding of the inner allies and obstacles we’ll meet on our path to fulfilling it. Taking the time to skillfully work with these aspects of ourselves makes all the difference. It determines whether or not we stay stuck, or stride forward with more inner harmony and flow.
DAY 3: CLARIFY YOUR GOALS
With the holistic foundation we’ve laid so far, I’ll guide you to clearly identify your goals for your business in the year ahead– as well as all the systems, structures, and skills you need to actualize them. We’re going to get really precise here! Looking into income, sales, marketing, delivery, creation– as all as your inner parts associated with each of these areas of your business– will give your goals more depth and potency.
DAY 4: MEET YOUR INNER COMMITTEE
In each day of this series, we toggle back and forth between inner and outer. Because BOTH are needed for your full-spectrum success in the year ahead. So now it’s time to sit down with your “Inner Committee” to discuss your goals with them. Through this guided process, you’ll create a visual representation of your own inner support structure that you can tap into again and again to help keep you on track as you move through the year.
DAY 5: CREATE YOUR 12-MONTH SACRED SUCCESS MAP
It’s almost time to put your design into action! We’ll take your overarching vision, as well as your more specific goals, and overlay them onto each of the twelve months of the year. Through reverse engineering, you’ll have a clear map of precisely what you need to do each month to help you triumph. Plus, I’ll share some next steps if you want support in implementing this map in 2024.

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE
Hi! I’m Sara.
Taking dedicated time at the start of each year to review, clarify, vision, and plan has been a regular part of my life for the past two decades.
This process has helped me to write (and publish) three books; continue to design and grow a business that’s aligned with my values, sensitive nervous system, and soul’s purpose; and clearly identify the different obstacles and resources I need to relate to as I chart my path forward.
As I’ve worked with thousands of women over the past two decades, I’ve learned that they often experience a big gap between where they want to be in their business and their lives and where they actually are. This stems from an overemphasis on external actions and plans, without aligning those with effective tools for also cultivating inner success.
I created this 5-part workshop series to guide you through the New Year’s visioning process I use, so you can not only cast a powerful vision for the year ahead but also make sure all parts of your inner and outer world are aligned with it.
As a result, you’ll work smarter, not harder, in the year ahead to experience blessings, synchronicities, and miracles that will allow you to be your best self and do your best work.
